常盤橋公園にて

明治１０年に作られ、日本橋川の上に架けられた東京都で最古の石橋。江戸期は木造で、日光・奥州街道への出口であり、当時は浅草口と呼ばれた、江戸城５門のうち
最大規模を誇った枡形門である常盤橋門の石垣の遺構が
左手に見える。
